Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved, securely pack your return with:

  • All original tags attached
  • Items in original condition (unworn, unwashed)
  • Original packaging if possible
  • The returns slip we’ll email you

Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

Exchange Information

  • Exchanges are free (customer pays return shipping only)

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and safety for all our little customers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Nightwear & Pyjamas (for hygiene reasons)
  • Occasionwear with removed tags or signs of wear
  • Multipacks with missing items (must be returned complete)
